MIP – Individual Requirements Module
Comprehensive system for managing individual marketing requirements of client's retail stores. The platform ensures three-way communication between the client, their stores, and the implementing agency. It includes complete workflow from request submission, through internal chat and photo sharing, to approval process and final implementation.
HSSE – Health, Safety, Security & Environment
Digital system for creating and managing work permits according to ČAPPO standards. The application guides users through the entire permit preparation process, enables digital signatures from all parties involved, and automatically generates final PDF documents. After approval, documents are sent to all relevant parties.
HugoFlow – Accounting Document Automation
Intelligent system for processing incoming accounting documents. Documents are automatically loaded using OCR and AI, which extracts key data. User performs a quick review, approves the document, and the system sends it to the accountant and directly to accounting software. We are also preparing a mobile app for quick document submission.
